When you subscribe to any of our partworks we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and if you decide to pay by credit or debit card your credit/debit card number, card issue number, valid from and expiry dates.
Hachette Partworks Ltd will be the data controller of any personal data you may send us. We will use your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling your subscription and/or for providing the services for which you have registered to you. In order to do this, we will pass your details to our fulfilment house and from time to time to other partners if you have authorized us to do so.
If any of the personal data you provide to us subsequently changes, you should notify us as soon as possible to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. To notify us of changes to your personal data, please contact us.
If our business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

If I pay by direct debit or debit / credit card I will receive a Grow your own SpongeBob with my 2nd delivery.
With my 2nd delivery, I will receive two SpongeBob DVDs (for people starting with issue 2, 3 or 4). For people starting with issue 1, this will be delivered with your 3rd delivery.
With my 4th delivery I will receive a digital camera (for people starting with issues 2, 3 or 4) For people starting with issue 1, this will be delivered with your 5th delivery.
Thereafter, I will receive 4 issues packed together every four weeks at the price of £2.99 (€4.99) per issue (free postage and packaging).
As a subscriber, I will automatically receive tidy boxes as they become due at £1.99 (€3.50).
